They took the full 48 hours but the code they provided me works. My device is unlocked and works with any Sim. I will use them again for some other devices and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a network unlock code.

Unlocking instruction for Alcatel LinkZone ?
How to enter an unlock code in an Alcatel LinkZone:
1 - Start the LinkZone with an UNACCEPTED SIM Card inserted (unaccepted
means a simcard from a different network),
2 - Message "Enter Network Key" will appear, now enter the Unlock Code
provided by sim-unlock.net
Second way to type unlock code in an Alcatel LinkZone:
1 - Start your Alcatel LinkZone on WITHOUT ANY SIM CARD INSERTED
2 - Enter the following sequence : *#0000*CODE#
3 - To complete the unlocking process enter sequence : *#0001*CODE#
Your Alcatel LinkZone is unlocked now.
